In recent years, the development of methods for quantifying and detecting various substances has been required in the environmental, food, and medical fields. Based on this background, our laboratory combines unique nucleic acid ligands such as aptamers, DNA-binding proteins, enzymes and antibodies to develop unique sensors that focus on the characteristics of each molecule. While always keeping an eye on competing technologies, we focus on originality and conduct daily research with practical application.
