Agreement on exchange between Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Child Studies at Shiraume Gakuen University on digital and green human resource development

On Friday, February 14th, the Faculty Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Child Studies at Shiraume Gakuen University signed an exchange agreement on digital and green human resource development at our university. The signing ceremony was attended by Dean Ryo Funada, Faculty of Agriculture Atsushi Chitose (Councillor), Professor Tomomi Tanaka (Councillor), and General Manager Hiroyuki Komachi from Faculty of Agriculture, and by Deputy Director General Toshiyuki Kurasawa, Vice-President Fumiko Takada, Assistant to the President Michiko Sakuma, Professor Yukihiko Asaoka (Emeritus Professor at our university), and Director General Toru Funahashi from Shiraume Gakuen University.
The purpose of this agreement is to foster digital green talent that can respond to social changes such as decarbonization and digitalization by utilizing the educational functions of both institutions based on collaboration and cooperation between the Faculty Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Child Studies at Shiraume Gakuen University, and to create current talent in science and engineering and secure the next generation of science and engineering talent. In the future, it is expected that Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Child Studies at Shiraume Gakuen University will collaborate based on this agreement, and that further development will be achieved through close cooperation between the two institutions in education and research.
